Recipes I Wish I’d Created

I didn’t create these recipes but they fit perfect into my lifestyle with the tiniest modifications. So “Thank You” to all the wonderful bloggers that created these recipes and made my life easier.

Bread

Bread Rolls – Bread with actual holes in the middle! Psyllium husks and chicken stock make this recipe unique.

Magical Multipurpose Paleo Dough – Primal Girl has created something very special here. Her dough recipe is not only gluten-free but also yeast and corn-free. Yeah! She charges for the recipe, but it’s worth it.

Breakfast

Nutty Oatmeal Blender Waffles – I use my homemade cashew butter instead of sunbutter. I try to keep these in the freezer for no-brainer breakfasts. 🙂

Boatmeal – I sometimes sub my pineapple orange marmalade for the applesauce. Delicious! She says the recipe serves one. She must mean one giant! I quadruple the batch and make 16 squares out of it. Easy freezer to toaster oven breakfast. (I sense a pattern here!)

Condiment

Green Goddess Dressing – sans stevia

Caramelized Onion Dip – Change the margarine to butter and canola oil to ANY other healthy flavorless oil you like. I can’t eat this right now due to the nutritional yeast but I have hopes that someday my digestion will improve enough to enjoy it again.

Dessert

Coconut Flour Cake – This snack cake is moist and tender and so easy to make. I add about a 1/2 cup of toasted coconut shreds to boost the texture and coconut flavor. It also freezes well.

Soup

Blender Black Bean Soup – Southwest in a cup!

Garbanzo Bean Soup – Have you figured out yet that I have a thing for hummus?
