Orange Ginger Cookies v2.0 – GF, CF, EF

Crisp, crunchy, orange ginger cookies are a great allergy-friendly treat!

I’ve been playing with the graham cracker recipe since Thanksgiving. I’ve made chocolate mint and orange ginger so far. Both flavors are a big hit! The recipe is very easy to modify.

Turkey Sloppy Joes – CF,DF,GF,RSF

Turkey sloppy joe sauce is an easy and versatile basic dish you can reinvent any night of the week.

This dish started out as a way to use up the tiny broken chips at the bottom of the white bean chips bag. You see I have been collecting them in a quart jar…and the jar was full!

Spaghetti Squash Primavera – GF,Corn-free,EF,Vegan

A simple and delicious veggie dish that combines the best of italian pasta and roasted vegetable leftovers!

Primavera is the Italian word for Spring. However, this dish screams autumn. Anybody know what the Italian word for Autumn is? Pasta Autumn just doesn’t have the same ring. Yep, I’ll stick with Spaghetti Squash Primavera year round.

Apple Boatmeal – GF,Corn-free,DF,EF,RSF,Vegan

A juicy baked apple with cinnamon and walnut-laced oatmeal baked inside—what a wonderful, healthy Fall treat.

I love granny smith apples. They’re tart, crisp, and juicy. It doesn’t matter to me what apple the recipe calls for. I’m still using granny smiths!
